How to Help:
Custom Designed Jewelry for A.C.T
These creations are designed and handcrafted by me. Each one is custom and unique. What started as a small business endeavor for me has grown into a passion for helping others. I donate 100% of my proceeds from these signature pieces to organizations who serve children of trauma. Blue is the national color for child abuse prevention, so each creation has a touch of blue.

Buy One, Give One Jaggy

When I first visited the CAC, I walked through the doors a confused and
frightened little girl. To help reduce my anxiety during the interview process,
my councilor let me pick a stuffed animal from their stash. I selected a stuffed
snow “jaguar”, whom I immediately named “Jaggy.” Jaggy stayed with me
throughout the process, and acted as a comforting security blanket. I carried her
with me everywhere and slept with her every night. Today, she is a bit ragged
and frayed from all the love I gave her over the years, but she still sits proudly on
my bed, a reminder of where I was and where I am now. By the way, it wasn’t
until years later that I found out that my snow jaguar was actually a snow
leopard and there isn’t actually a snow jaguar animal!
Snow leopards are incredibly beautiful, but they are also endangered. They must prevail
over a challenging environment and difficult circumstances to survive and remain healthy,
so I see them as an apt symbol for children overcoming abuse.
I see Jaggy is a symbol of the courage, perseverance, innate beauty, and triumph of these children, but also their vulnerability. She graces the logo for EvieActs.org for that reason.
I have now donated over 500 stuffed animals to the CAC to help children decrease their anxiety and calm their fears and thought that buying one giving one was the perfect addition for Advocating for Children of Trauma.
Will you help give these children their own Jaggy to love?
When you buy one for yourself, we will donate one to the Child Advocacy Center. Or, you can just buy one (or several) to donate.
THANK YOU for helping a child receive one of these stuffed animals to give them comfort during their healing process!

Jaggy and I thank you!
